Take 2 Is Growing — And We Can’t Wait to Welcome You In

As we celebrate our 10-year anniversary, Take 2 is entering an exciting new chapter. We’re expanding into a larger, purpose-built café located right across the street from our current home. This new space will allow us to grow our catering business and provide more jobs to more women, while continuing to offer the same delicious lunch service our community has loved for the past decade.

We hope you will join us as we relaunch in the first quarter of 2026!

FAQ | Take 2 Café Relocation & Construction

  • Our final day of service at our current location will be Friday, July 31. We invite everyone to stop by before then to celebrate 10 incredible years, enjoy your favorite Take 2 meals, and help us send this chapter off in style.

  • Our goal is to open the new Take 2 Café as soon as construction is complete, the staff is trained, and the space is ready to welcome guests. While construction timelines can change, we are making great progress and will share updates throughout the process.

  • Yes. Following our July 31 closing, there will be a brief transition period while we complete construction, move equipment, train staff in the new space, and prepare to welcome guests. We appreciate your patience and support as we make this exciting transition.

  • No. When the new Take 2 Café opens, we will relocate all café operations to the new location and will no longer operate from our current space.

    While the new café is just across the street, it is designed to better support our long-term growth and sustainability. The larger, purpose-built space will allow us to serve more customers, expand training and employment opportunities, and increase the impact of our mission without the need to maintain two locations.

  • We anticipate a temporary pause in catering services while we complete the move into our new space. We will communicate any updates directly with existing catering clients and will announce when we are ready to begin accepting new orders again.

  • Follow us on social media, subscribe to our newsletter, and check this page regularly for the latest updates on construction progress, transition plans, and our grand opening celebration.
